Beginning: To welcome in the new year, the definition of our first word is 'the source, origin or commencement of something.
The two most significant beginnings in my life in the past few years were the birth of my son and my marriage to my husband. Upon consideration my marriage was more of a continuation then a beginning... We were together for 5 years before taking the leap, and knew from day one that we were going to be together forever. The birth of my son was a miracle from the Universe, he never was supposed to be yet here he is. He is my reason for living and the light of every single day. I love him more then I ever thought it possible to love anyone. Every day he teaches me something and makes me shake my head in wonder. Next month he turns four, I feel as blessed this year as I did when we very first discovered we were pregnant.

I cant believe he used to be that small! It's amazing how time just keeps going whether you notice it or not. Kinda made me tear up a little *sheepish smile*
