Apparently I didn't look hard enough the first time because when I looked again I found it!
This is obvious to anybody who knows me... I LOVE cheese. The Mans bro came to visit us several years ago and brought his son with him. I think his kid was 9 at the time. After that visit we didn't see him again until at least a year had passed. When we did see him again he said something to the effect of: "oh hey I remember you, you're the one who really liked cheese." (and then something about how many rollos I had, which is another story for another time).
